If you’re navigating the loss of someone you love or another profound life change, I offer a safe, somatic approach to help you soften what you’ve been holding, gently reconnect with your body, heart and capacity to keep going.
You’re welcome to begin with a single 90-minute session to receive immediate support. However, healing takes time and a series of sessions provides the consistent care, stability and space your system needs to integrate grief more deeply.
Group grief work is also available and can be a meaningful next step once you feel more stabilized and supported.

When your body needs as much attention as your mind.
This focused 50-minute session draws on somatic practices and therapeutic movement, including breathwork, guided body awareness or yoga therapy. These approaches work directly with the nervous system and body to release stored tension, restore balance and support ongoing healing.
Investment: $150 CAD + HST

For couples who want to slow down, listen differently and begin restoring safety and trust.
In this one-time 90-minute session, you’ll explore what’s creating distance, reconnect with shared values and open the door to renewed possibility. It’s not a quick fix but it can bring relief, clarity and a sense of hope for the way forward.
Investment: $250 CAD + HST.
