For those in very fresh or intense grief, private 1:1 support is often the most stabilizing place to begin, offering personalized care and steady nervous-system support.
For others, small-group healing circles provide powerful connection, shared understanding and the relief of knowing you are not alone as you process and integrate your experience.

In a small group, we create a respectful container where what you feel is allowed, acknowledged and held with dignity.
There is no pressure, no performance and no expectation to be anything other than how you are.
You’ll be guided through a gentle sequence that may include a holistic teaching, guided somatic meditation, journaling, supported sharing, a reflection, gentle movement and integration.
