When The Stakes Are High, Clarity Matters™
Trusted Guidance for Leaders, Professionals and Organizations
Where Strategy Meets Human Experience™
My corporate career taught me strategy.
My therapeutic training taught me to see the whole person.
Life taught me discernment.
Together, they allow me to help leaders, professionals and organizations gain the clarity, perspective and sound judgment needed when the stakes are high and the path forward isn't clear.
Experience You Can Lean On
What distinguishes my work isn't a single credential or methodology.
It is the discernment developed through the rare integration of:
- 25+ years of executive leadership, strategic consulting and organizational transformation experience;
- Advanced integrative, somatic and therapeutic training; and
- Hard-earned wisdom gained through both personal and professional experience.
That depth allows me to stand beside clients during pivotal moments with clear perspective, compassionate honesty and sound judgment they can trust.
What this means for you:
✔ Gain perspective when the path forward isn't clear.
✔ Navigate complexity and change more successfully.
✔ Make important decisions with greater confidence.
✔ Strengthen leadership, alignment and effectiveness.
✔ Sustain capacity under pressure without losing perspective.
✔ Move forward with greater clarity, courage and purpose.
Clarity, wisdom and trusted guidance when you need it most.
Who I Work With
I work with business owners, executives, professionals, leadership teams and organizations navigating important decisions, complexity, change and growth.
Different people. Different circumstances. One common need...

Life and leadership rarely stay neatly separated. What affects us professionally often affects us personally and what affects us personally often affects our leadership.
