With over 25 years in corporate leadership and executive consulting, I understand the pressure to perform, deliver and hold it all together while quietly running on empty.
In 2009, the loss of my 18-year-old son changed the course of my life.
Healing became essential and eventually, it became my calling.
Today, I’m a Registered Naturopath with advanced trauma-informed training in somatic, mind–body therapies, supporting deep, lasting change through both clinical expertise and lived wisdom.

Life can get heavy.

Loss, stress and prolonged pressure don’t just affect our thoughts -
over time, they shape how we feel, relate and move through the world.
Much of what we carry - the weight of loss, prolonged stress, unspoken pain, disappointment, shame or change - is grief.
When these experiences don’t have a place to be felt, expressed or processed, they don’t disappear -
they settle into the body and nervous system and influence how we relate, cope and live.
This work offers a calm, compassionate space to slow down, release what has been carried for too long and reconnect with what truly matters.

A Ground & Orient Session offers a calm, focused space to slow down, settle your nervous system and get oriented - without rushing, pressure or expectation.
Together, we’ll gently explore what you’ve been carrying, support your system in finding steadiness and clarify what kind of support would be most helpful moving forward.
This session is a supportive place to begin if you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to start or curious about somatic work.
You don’t need the right words.
You just need a grounded place to begin.

Relief can begin in a single session.
Deeper, lasting change unfolds through consistency, safety and time.
Just as the body needs consistent care to heal and strengthen, emotional and nervous-system resilience develops through ongoing, supportive work that allows patterns to soften and integration to unfold gradually.
Most people choose to continue beyond an initial session in one or more of the following ways.

Some people choose 1:1 work as their primary path. Others combine it with group programs or retreats, depending on their needs and season of life.
Private, high-touch executive-level support for professionals carrying sustained responsibility.
This work offers strategic somatic support for those navigating complexity, pressure and high-consequence roles - helping restore clarity, steadiness and grounded presence over time.


Programs designed to support teams, leaders and organizations navigating stress, change and sustained performance demands.
This includes facilitated workshops, retreats and advisory support that help organizations reset, realign and build resilient, human-centered systems.

I offer dedicated grief and loss support through private 1:1 work and guided group programs, supporting you in whatever form grief takes.
This work meets grief with gentleness and respect, helping it soften and integrate without rushing or fixing.


Guided group experiences combining somatic therapy, therapeutic movement and nervous-system support. Programs may include stretching and restoration, yoga-based practices, breathwork, women's circles and other embodied practices - depending on the focus of the group.
These groups offer steady, trauma-informed support in a shared setting, helping participants release tension, regulate their systems and reconnect with themselves through somatic practice.

The Clarity & Reset Session is an extended 90-minute private session designed for deeper, unhurried support - allowing you to slow down, release what’s been weighing on you and reconnect with yourself without pressure to perform.
With more time and presence, this session supports nervous-system regulation, clarity and gentle release at a pace your body can trust.
Many people choose to continue with a multi-session program afterwards to support deeper, lasting change, as outlined on the Personal Well-being webpage.
